The hotel offers super comfortable and well-designed rooms that are fantastic, featuring a large bath, indoor and outdoor showers, a terrace with loungers, and a pool directly outside. The service is extremely friendly and helpful, making guests feel welcome. The location is just perfect for beach lovers and a short ride to Grand Baie, with excellent facilities on-site. The dining options could be improved for non-vegan/vegetarian guests, with limited choices. Overall, a great stay with a few minor areas for enhancement.
My stay at the hotel was exceptional! The room was spectacular, very spacious, and absolutely comfortable, especially with the balcony available on the last day. The service was kind and attentive, although some encounters were less friendly. The location was simply knockout beautiful, especially with the beach view. The dining experience was wonderful with a spectacular sea sight at the front table. The facilities were top-notch.

The service goes the extra mile with a first point of contact who is friendly and welcoming, even warning us about busy times. The location is ideal for relaxation and work, set in a beautiful botanical garden-like environment, making it feel like a piece of heaven on earth. The dining experience is extensive and fresh, though limited in adventurous local dishes and overshadowed by high costs. The facilities are excellent, enhancing the overall stay.
